Water Meter Replacement Begins In San Angelo

San Angelo’s City water customers will have their water meters replaced as part of a program to upgrade old infrastructure. Core & Main workers in neon green shirts will carry out the replacements, which will be completed by September 2027. This initiative aims to ensure the accuracy and performance of the meters, which have been in place for over a decade. Each meter replacement will take less than 30 minutes, involving testing the water and checking the pressure.
