San Angelo City Council has approved $20,000 to help fund water and sewer infrastructure for a new 32-home development in the Shriner Point Section 3 neighborhood near Armstrong Street and 40th Street. Planning and Development Services Director Aaron Vannoy said the money comes from the city’s Infill Development Incentive Program, which supports revitalization efforts in targeted areas. The funding represents the remaining balance of this year’s roughly $200,000 infill budget. The project is expected to support new housing growth and continued neighborhood revitalization.
