Last month, the San Angelo Schools Foundation awarded a total
of more than 85 thousand dollars to Difference Maker Educators
and campuses as part of their grants-to-teachers program.
Each year, the Schools Foundation focuses efforts on their two major
projects: Grants to Teachers and Scholarships to Students. This
year the Foundation has also added a new “Bright Ideas Initiative”
as another avenue of giving available to SAID employees and
Non-Profit organizations that will open for applications next spring.
